3 years ago we started working on a whole new concept: Let’s build a user-controlled sex robot in software.

eqCy is not an animation player
eqCy characters have an array of virtual sensors that constantly scan the environment, find points of interest, and make independent decisions in reaction to your behavior. This is fundamentally different from anything we have made before.
They breathe and think; They get aroused and have orgasms.
Are they smart? Not really, but we’re working on that. The philosophy behind this project is “A difference that makes no difference is no difference.” (this is is a little BSG reference. We’re big fans.)
Every day our goal is to eliminate those “differences that make a difference” until we reach a point where you’re not playing a sex game; you’re just having actual sex with a friend.

FAQ
What hardware is supported?
Augmented reality is the main focus, but most VR headsets are supported. The best experience right now is on Meta Quest 3, but we also do testing on each build Quest 2 and the HTC Vive. Mouse + Keyboard in 2D is also supported for character creation and basic interaction, but not sexual interaction (yet.) Android phones will be supported in the future. Apple products (iPhone, Apple Vision Pro) are not an option due to their hardware being locked down.
Can I change the AI species?
Yes! Build #9 only has the rabbits, but three additional character bases are done and just need to be converted to the new platform. You can see them in older builds. Additional character types will be added regularly.
You’ll never put in <copyright character> for legal reasons. Can I put my own 3D model in there and have it use the AI?
Eventually, yes. The platform to allow for this is brand new (Just put in on build #9, October 2024) and we need to make tools for you to do this. Being able to upload your own 3D models is part of the near term planning.
What does it cost to try this out?
Nothing. Grab the launcher and get whatever the latest release is.
We’re entirely crowd-funded, though, so if you like it or like what we’re doing, we absolutely need your support. This is expensive, difficult, and time-consuming work to do.
What about male AI characters?
On the way! We’ve been developing with male characters in mind from the beginning, and we got females working, first. Male characters will come out while we’re still in beta and are adding new features.
Can you add <sexy thing I want to do>?
Contact us via the Contact Us form or chat during a Discord “skunk chitchat” session in the morning and let’s talk about it. We’re at a stage in eqCy where we’re just teaching it things, so if there’s something you want to do, now is a great time to ask for it so we can put it in the pipeline.
