Features and Improvements:

186: Make additional CLI options to start in a specific VR compositor
241: Added bootstrap option for Android phones so the system can distinguish between an Oculus Quest and an Android phone.
242: Moved CLI decoding to the MCP and store all variables related to that within the MCP. All eqCy apps will use this so I don’t want it living in the eqCy-specific code.
243: Reworked VR/2D startup process conceptually to have the camera rig be a reaction to the appropriate loader rather than being specified based on what loader should load. This simplifies things as well as let us add an error conditional reaction for when the VR can’t start for some reason.
244: Added pop-up error message when you attempt to activate VR but can not.
245: Updated the launcher to include the new CLI options from task 186.
246: Added additional hair and tail style for ponies.
247: Added additional hair style for horses
248: Added shoulders as a potential binding point for horse accessories.
249: Make needed adjustments to have the game run properly on SteamVR on non-SteamVR headsets.
250: Similarly, make adjustments so people with Oculus headsets can still run the game successfully via the SteamLink app running on an Oculus headset.
